God – master dot connector

Several years ago I was a regular visitor of the YMCA. At the time I had two kids in school and a preschooler in tow (before my homeschool days). One of my favorite people in child care was Michele. She was always so friendly and welcoming, and my daughter felt super comfortable with she and with our friend, Nicole. It was an absolute blessing to having such safe people to leave my Kenda with.

As time went on, I became pregnant with my youngest, and when he was old enough to leave, I didn’t hesitate at all leaving him in their care. I also began to feel such a need to invite her to my church, and so I did. Many times.

Michele and her family now attend our church and serve every week. It’s such a joy doing life with her and God is doing really great things in their lives. God really is the master dot connector!

This weekend I am blessed with the opportunity to have her kids stay with us while she and her hubby go on vaca. I really enjoy doing life with she and her family. She blesses me relentlessly and her heart is so pure and humble. I am amazed all the time at the phenomenal people God has put in my life.

The next time you feel a burden to pray for someone, to connect or to invite someone into your world, do it! God knows what He is doing when He puts people into one another’s lives – don’t miss out on what you don’t know you’re missing.
